Guilin Liangjiang International Airport

Locate 26km (15miles) southwest of the city, Guilin Liangjiang International Airport covers an area of 406 hectares. The airport was opened on October 1, 1996 with 150,000-m2 aprons. At the present Guilin Airport accommodates 97 flights per day with business relationships with 48 domestic and international airlines, covering 8 cities abroad and 30 cities at home.

The airport has invested RMB20 million (US$2.5million) to make the airport a garden-like airport. In the past few years, the airport has won numerous awards compared with other domestic airports at the same size.
