Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrival in Beijing (no meal)
Arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport. Our guide will greet you at the exit of Arrival Hall & transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. Stay at Bamboo Garden Hotel.
Day 2 Beijing (B, L)
Full day trip to the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven. 1.The Tian'anmen Square: The largest city square in the world.
2. The Forbidden City: The largest imperial palace in China for 24 emperors’ reign during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years.
3. The Temple of Heaven: a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation.
Day 3 Beijing (B, L, D)
Full day trip to the Great Wall and Ming Tomb. Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.
1.The Great Wall: One of the great wonders in the world and the symbol of China.
2. The Ding Tomb: an underground palace for a Ming-dynasty emperors’ afterlife.
Day 4 Beijing/Xian (B, L)
Visit Hutongs by rickshaw. Take afternoon flight to Xi'an. Arrive at Xian. Be met & transferred to your hotel. Have city tour to the Ancient City Wall. Stay at Grand New World Hotel.
1. Hutongs: the unique street design in Beijing – some crisscrossing old narrow paths with courtyard houses built on each side. It can be regarded as a window into Beijing folk life.

Day 5 Xian (B, L)
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, and the Wild Goose Pagoda.
1. The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum: one of the most important archaeological finds in the 20th century; an army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb since 2200 year ago.
2. The Wild Goose Pagoda: the city emblem, which was first built in Tang Dynasty for the storage of Buddhist scriptures taken from India by Monk Xuanzang.
Day 6 Xian/Guiyang (B, L)
Visit the Provincial Museum. Take flight to Guiyang. Be met and transfer to Miracle Hotel. The Provincial Museum: One impressive museum housing more than 370,000 pieces of historical relics.
Day 7 Guiyang/Anshun/Kaili (B, L, D)
Drive to Anshun for the Huangguoshu waterfall and a Buyi village (an ethnic tribe). Drive on to Kaili, the governing center of Southeastern Guizhou province. Stay at Grand Dragon Hotel.
1.Huangguoshu Waterfall: the largest waterfall in Asia with 74 meters high and 81 meters wide.
Day 8 Kaili (B, L, D)
Visit surrounding villages with original lifestyle including paper-making (one of the 4 great inventions of Chinese).
Day 9 Kaili/Rongjiang (B, L, D)
Drive to Rongjiang, en route visit Langde Miao villages and Paika village for their making of the musical instrument - Lusheng. If time allows, drop by a local Shui Minority village. Stay at Rongjiang Hotel.
Day 10 Rongjiang/Zhaoxing (B, L, D)
Drive on to Zhaoxing, stopping over at Basha Miao village. Here you find locals wearing same hair do as 1000yrs ago. Drive on to Zhaoxing, the famous Dong village in China. Stay at Zhaoxing Hotel.
Day 11 Zhaoxing (B, L, D)
Day in & around Zhaoxing with short trekking/walking to get closer to the hardworking Dong people.
Day 12 Zhaoxing/Sanjiang (B, L, D)
Drive to Chengyang village of Sanjiang, visit villages along the way and Chengyang including home visits to the local people’s houses. Stay at Chengyang Hotel.
Day 13 Sanjiang/Longji (B, L, D)
Drive to Longji rice terraces of Longsheng town, visit local market in Longsheng for their unique food source. Stay at Ping An Hotel.
Day 14 Longji/Guilin (B, L)
Visit the Ancient Longji village, and the terraced rice fields. Then drive to Guilin. Stay at Bravo Hotel.
1. Longji Rice Terraces: first built in Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), a feat of farm engineering.
Day 15 Guilin/Yangshuo (B, L)
Take a leisurely cruise down the Li River, and check in Magnolia Hotel. Free afternoon.
1. Li River cruise: a wonderful 3.5 hour cruise going down a clear river sided by picturesque scenery. Lunch on board.
Day 16 Yangshuo/Guilin/Shanghai (B, L)
Biking to the countryside to see the local farmer’s life. After lunch, drive back to Guilin and visit Reed Flute Cave, and take a flight to Shanghai. Be met and transfer to Panorama Hotel.
Day 17 Shanghai (B, L)
Visit Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund and Nanjing Road.
1. Yu Garden: It used to be a private garden with 400 years' history, it features traditional architectural style of Yangtze Delta.
2. Jade Buddha Temple: Most popular Buddhist temple in Shanghai boasting 2 precious jade Buddha sculptures from Burma.
3. The Bund: Shanghai's famous waterfront to see new-erect modern skyscrapers and aged buildings of the colonial period.
Day 18 Shanghai (B)
Free day.
Day 19 Shanghai exit (B)
Transfer to airport and fly home.
