Day 1 Arrive in Chengdu (No meal)
Arrival in Chengdu, be met and transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.
Day 2 Chengdu (B, L)
Drive to Dujiangyan Irrigation Project to see the aqueduct used for more than 2200 years, then proceed to Mt. Qingcheng for a pilgrimage to Taoist Holy Mountain.
- Dujiangyan Irrigation Project: 2200+-year-old water conservation project, still in use for irrigation and flood-controlling.
- Mt. Qingcheng: one of the four famous Taoist Holy Mountains, listed as World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO together with Dujiangyan Irrigation Project.
Day 3 Chengdu (B, L)
Half-day tour to Panda Breeding Center to see the lovely China’s ambassadors. Then transfer to airport and fly to the next destination.
- Panda Breeding Center: a perfect place to see lovely giant pandas at their hometowns.
