Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

City:	Guilin
Activity:	Upon arrival at Guilin airport, be met by an English-speaking guide and transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2

City:	Guilin
Activity:	Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Elephant Trunk Hill and Yao Mount (chairlift up and down) including a visit to the tea plantation at the foot of the mountain. You are at free for the rest of the day.
Attractions:	Reed Flute Cave a brilliance cave with spectacular a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition; illustrated by colored lighting to form a fantastic cave. Elephant Trunk Hill it resembles the elephant sipping water from the Li River, makes it the classic icon of Guilin; the giant elephant is reflected on the mirror-like water surface which creates fantastic view at day time and night. Yao Mount With an elevation of 909m, it’s the highest mountain in the city. Yao Mount is well-known for the dreamy and colorful scenes in different seasons. The visit is highlighted by a chairlift journey to the top and a speedy toboggan slide-down.

Day 3

City:	Guilin - Yangshuo
Activity:	Transfer to Zhujiang Pier in the morning. Take a cruise on the Li River and enjoy lunch on board.Arrive at the small town Yangshuo at between 12:30 to 1:00pm. Check in your hotel and free afternoon for your own exploration (perhaps strolling or shopping for some souvenirs along the West Street).
Attractions:	Li River The River offers unparallel scenery with rolling hills, clear waters bamboo forest, small villages, fisherman and villagers along the journey. The most popular way to enjoy its beauty is by river cruise, bamboo raft or hiking along the bank.

Day 4

City:	Yangshuo
Activity:	You guide will rent bikes (city bike or mountain bike) for you. Ride a bicycle to visit the countryside of Yangshuo. Then have a bamboo rafting tour on Yulong River. Lunch is arranged at a local restaurant. In the afternoon take a cooking course at a small cooking school. First, go to the vegetable and meet markets to buy some raw material; Second, learn how to cook a Chinese-style dish; Third, enjoy your dinner; Free evening for your own exploration.
Attractions:	Yangshuo Bike Riding You will be escorted by the guide to take about 1.5-2 hours bike ride to the countryside to see the stunning landscape around Yangshuo and the local farmer’s life. Yangshuo Bamboo Rafting You will take relaxing bamboo rafting (1.5-2 hours) down Yulong River. It is soft adventurous, please don’t drop your belongings into the water while on board. Yulong River Yulong River, also called Meeting Dragon River, flows through beautiful Karst scenery, peaceful villages, and the 600 year-old Yulong Stone Bridge. Sitting on the reclining bamboo chair on the raft, you can enjoy an all around view. Yangshuo Cooking Lesson It offers you the opportunity to learn how to cook real local food and enjoy a new experience. Well, the cooking lesson makes you take your love of Chinese food from the local Chinese restaurant to your kitchen.

Day 5

City:	Yangshuo - Longji
Activity:	After breakfast you will be transferred to Longji where you can see the spectacular Rice Terraces. It takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. On the way visit the minority tribe – Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village. As your car is requested to stop at the parking lot, you will have to walk for about 30 minutes from the parking lot to your hotel in Ping’an village along a flagstone road. Check in your hotel and have a rest. Walk around to take photos and view sunset is weather permits.
Attractions:	Longji Rice Terraces Where there is soil, there is a terrace. Construction of the terraces began in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) and was completed in the early Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). For picturesque scenery, the linked together terraces vary from season to season.

Day 6

City:	Longji - Guilin
Activity:	View sunrise if weather permits. Have a hiking tour to the ancient Zhuang Ethnic Village (1.5-2 hours per way). It really deserves a short hiking tour in the Rice Terraces Area. After lunch be transferred to Guilin airport and fly to your next destination.
