Tour overview: This green program in China takes you from the vibrant city Beijing to the rural countryside of Guilin, via the vast Sichuan & Yunnan province. You will hike through the wild Great Wall section for half a day in Beijing, stun at the marvelous terra cotta army in Xian, See the cute panda and stone-caving Buddha in Chengdu, witness the beautiful mountain scenery on Mt. Emei, cycle to the Shuhe ancient town and hike along the breath-taking tiger leaping gorges in Lijiang, stroll in the stone forest of Kunming then experience the rural scenery in Guilin. Day 1

City:	Beijing
Activity:	Arrival in Beijing, our guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area at Beijing Airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 2

City:	Beijing
Activity:	Visit Temple of Heaven, the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.
Attractions:	Temple of Heaven A master piece of Ming-dynasty architecture; it served as an exclusive altar for the emperors to worship the Gods. Now the locals do morning exercises over there. Tiananmen Square Named after the Ming-dynasty gate at the northern part; with the huge portrait of Chairman Mao on it; it is the world's largest public square, with national flag raised at dawn and lowered at dusk on a daily basis. Forbidden City Served as the Palace Museum now，it was once home to 24 emperors in Chinese history. With the magnificent architectures and royal gardens well-left, it is the largest imperial palace in the world.

Day 3

City:	Beijing
Activity:	Drive to Jinshanling, hikes along the wild Great Wall to Simatai (3-4 hours). Lunch on the way (boxed lunch carried by yourself). Good walking shoes are required; there are some ups and downs on the trail.
Attractions:	the Great Wall Ancient world wonder, stretching thousands of miles; the giant stone & brick dragon, winding through the lofty mountains, great rivers and boundless deserts, offers great hiking experience and breath-taking scenery.

Day 4

City:	Beijing - Xian
Activity:	Transfer to the airport and fly to Xian. Be met and transferred to the hotel. Visit Xian Ancient city wall, biking on the wall is available if weather permits, and have a stroll at old city quarters.
Attractions:	Xian City Wall The most intact ancient fortifications in China, including moat, hanging bridge, gate towers and turrets; walk up to the top of the wall, riding bikes on it and have a wonderful view of Xian and Bell Tower.

Day 5

City:	Xian - Chengdu
Activity:	Visit the famous Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Transfer to the airport and fly to Chengdu. Be met and transferred to the hotel.
Attractions:	Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses The miraculous archeological discovery in last century, famed as the world’s eighth wonder; over 8,000 life-size, vivid statues were lined in battle formation. Each figure shows various facial expressions as well as their hair styles and accessories.

Day 6

City:	Chengdu
Activity:	In the morning, visit the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, and Jinsha Site Museum, Wangjiang Tower Park.
Attractions:	Giant Panda Breeding Research Base semi-wild area where those lovely China's ambassadors can be allowed to freely roam. Jinsha Site Museum It is a theme museum which concentrates on the Jinsha Site, the most significant archaeological discovery of China in the 21st century. Compared with other sites in the same period, it houses the most unearthed gold wares, jade wares, and ivories. Wangjiang Tower inside the Wangjiang Park, with lush bamboos (over 150 types) built inside; the tower is dedicated to a versatile and beautiful woman in Tang Dynasty.

Day 7

City:	Chengdu - Leshan - Emeishan
Activity:	Drive to Leshan, sees the largest stone-carved Buddha in the world, then proceed to Mount Emei.
Attractions:	Leshan Giant Buddha the world's largest stone-caved Buddha in the world, with a height at 71 meters, sitting in a cliff overlooking the confluence of Min, Dadu and Qingyi River. Mount Emei Featured with the graceful natural beauty, the long Buddhist culture, the rich resources of wild life, and the singular topography; A two day trip to Mountain Emei helps you fully enjoy the beauty there.

Day 8

City:	Emeishan - Chengdu - Lijiang
Activity:	Take cable car up to visit Wannian Temple, and walk down to see wild monkeys. Drive back to Chengdu, and take an evening flight to Lijiang.
Attractions:	Wannian Temple The Temple of 10,000 Years, at an elevation of 1,020 meters, is the oldest surviving Emei monastery. It houses an 8.5m-high bronze statue (weighing 62 ton) of Bodhisattva Puxian on a white elephant. Another historic site inside is the Beamless Hall.

City:	Lijiang
Activity:	Biking to Shuhe Old Town and back, visit Lion Hill, Mu Family Mansion, Black Dragon Pool and Dongba Culture Museum.
Attractions:	Shuhe Old Town At an altitude of 2440 meters, it is a tranquil town with a population of about 3000 people. Along with its sister town Lijiang, it is also part of the UNESCO Heritage site. But the town is less touristy and polished with more original characters. Lion Hill The Hill gets the name for its lion-shaped massif. Located on top of Lion Hill, Wangu Building, the landmark of Lijiang, offers a panoramic view of the ancient town. Mu Family Mansion Located in the southwest of Lijiang ancient city, Mu Mansion boasts it spectacular architectures which merges Tang, Song, and Yuan dynasties’ construction features, also the Naxi minority possessor mingled Naxi-style handicrafts. Black Dragon Pool Coming from melting snow water, the pond flows downstream into Lijiang. As its water is as green and lucid as jade, the pond also gets the name "Yuquan" or Jade Fountain. Dongba Culture Museum Dongba culture refers to ancient Naxi culture. The main architecture of the museum is similar to the Naxi courtyard, and fully uses the advantage of its landform. It holds a remarkable collection of Naxi relics and cultural display.

Day 10

City:	Lijiang
Activity:	Drive to Qiaotou Town, and start the hiking today at Tiger Leaping Gorge. It is about 5 hours' hike to reach the destination at Tea Horse Inn.
Attractions:	Tiger Leaping Gorge known for its magnificent odd, is the world famous Grand Canyon. Although it brings much inconvenience to the shipping, it bears a thrilling and sublime beauty, which has attracted so many brave explorers to adventure here.

Day 11

City:	Lijiang
Activity:	After breakfast, hike to Tina's House (3 hours). Then transfer to Lijiang. Free time at the rest of the day.

Day 12

City:	Lijiang - Kunming
Activity:	Transfer to fly to Kunming, and visit Western Hill, Dragon Gate, Golden Temple.
Attractions:	Western Hill and Dragon Gate Located at the west of Kunming city, the western hill features lush vegetations and peaceful, charming environment. It contains several Buddhism and Taoist temple. And the Dragon gate, a magnificent stone-carving project was built on the cliffy hill. Golden Temple a Taoist shrine rebuilt in early Qing Dynasty; it is the largest copper architecture in China.

Day 13

City:	Kunming - Guilin
Activity:	Transfer to visit the Stone Forest, and then fly to Guilin. Be met and transferred to the hotel.
Attractions:	Stone Forest A grand karst site, located outside Kunming, features countless stone pillars, unique aesthetic peaks, grotesque rocks, strange caves, mountain lakes, and interesting ethnic culture and customs.

Day 14

City:	Guilin
Activity:	Take a leisurely cruise down Li River, disembark at Yangshuo. Biking to the countryside to the stunning landscape and local farmer's life.
Attractions:	Li River The River offers unparallel scenery with rolling hills, clear waters bamboo forest, small villages, fisherman and villagers along the journey. The most popular way to enjoy its beauty is by river cruise, bamboo raft or hiking along the bank. Yangshuo Bike Riding You will be escorted by the guide to take about 1.5-2 hours bike ride to the countryside to see the stunning landscape around Yangshuo and the local farmer’s life.

Day 15

City:	Yangshuo - Longji
Activity:	Drive to Longji, stop at Guilin for lunch, have stroll at the city center lakes. Walk up to Ping An Village and see the wonderful rice terraces, overnight at local guesthouse.
Attractions:	Longji Rice Terraces Where there is soil, there is a terrace. Construction of the terraces began in the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) and was completed in the early Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). For picturesque scenery, the linked together terraces vary from season to season.

Activity:	Further explore the Zhuang village, and drive to the airport and fly to Hong Kong. Your own arrangement to the hotel booked by us.
