Day 2

City:	Beijing
Activity:	Private escorted tour to Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City. Peking duck dinner at night.
Attractions:	Temple of Heaven A master piece of Ming-dynasty architecture; it served as an exclusive altar for the emperors to worship the Gods. Now the locals do morning exercises over there. Tiananmen Square Named after the Ming-dynasty gate at the northern part; with the huge portrait of Chairman Mao on it; it is the world's largest public square, with national flag raised at dawn and lowered at dusk on a daily basis. Forbidden City Served as the Palace Museum now，it was once home to 24 emperors in Chinese history. With the magnificent architectures and royal gardens well-left, it is the largest imperial palace in the world.

Day 3

City:	Beijing
Activity:	Private escorted tour to Mutianyu Great Wall (round-way cable car), and a pedicab tour Hutong (Beijin's traditional alleyways) to see the local people's life.
Attractions:	the Great Wall Ancient world wonder, stretching thousands of miles; the giant stone & brick dragon, winding through the lofty mountains, great rivers and boundless deserts, offers great hiking experience and breath-taking scenery. Hutongs The traditional living quarters of local people; they are formed by narrow alleyways, streets, courtyard houses, grey walls and tiles. Take a rickshaw tour to get a glimpse of Old Peking Culture, and pay a visit to a local family.

Day 4

City:	Beijing - Xian
Activity:	Visit the Summer Palace, take an afternoon flight to Xian. Be met and transferred to hotel at downtown.
Attractions:	Summer Palace Located at the Shore of Kunming Lake, it was once the summer retreat of the emperor, combining water, hill and large palaces.

Day 5

City:	Xian
Activity:	Transfer to visit the famous Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, in the afternoon, visit the Bell Tower.
Attractions:	Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses The miraculous archeological discovery in last century, famed as the world’s eighth wonder; over 8,000 life-size, vivid statues were lined in battle formation. Each figure shows various facial expressions as well as their hair styles and accessories. Bell Tower A three-storey wooden structure right at the very center of Xian, featuring the architectural style of the Tang and Song dynasties; as its name applies, the large iron bell hung in the tower makes the time each day.

Day 6

City:	Xian-Chongqing
Activity:	Take flight to Chongqing, be met and transferred to visit Chongqing Zoo to see Giant Pandas and Ciqikou old town. After dinner, board the Yangtze cruise.
Attractions:	Chongqing Zoo As the biggest zoo in China, Chongqing Zoo owns more than 230 species of animals. Besides popular pandas, wild horses, south China tigers, giraffes are all popular here. Chongqing Zoo is also the breeding base of pandas and south China tigers. Ciqikou Old Town Built 1000 years ago, Ciqikou old town prospered for the trading of porcelains. As a crucial dock and transportation hub, Ciqikou is considered as a historic town with traditional architectures, rich culture and local flavor food.

Day 7

City:	Yangtze Cruise
Activity:	On board, shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City.
Attractions:	Fengdu Ghost City Considered the final destination of dead, Fengdu city is the only ghost city in China. The hell was set up here to torture spirits who committed crimes before their lives. Spirit shows attract tourists and believers during the daytime.

Day 8

City:	Yangtze Cruise
Activity:	On board, shore excursion to Shennong Stream or Lesser Three Gorges.
Attractions:	Shennong Stream As a tributary of Yangtze River, it is originating at Shennongjia in Hubei, and enters the Yangtze River at the eastern mouth of the Wu Gorge. Without a doubt, taking a boat ride to trace upstream is the first choice when you visit Shennong Stream. Lesser Three Gorges One of the most famous stops of Yangtze cruise, Less Three Gorges features clear water flows, lush vegetation, sheer cliffs and steep mountains. In addition to the continuous natural scenery there are historical places of interest along the way.

Day 9

City:	Yichang - Shanghai
Activity:	After shore excursion to the Three Gorge Dam, disembark at Yichang, after lunch, transfer to airport and fly to Shanghai.
Attractions:	Three Gorge Dam Not only in China, but also the largest dam in the world, Three Gorge Dam has a capability of generating 18 gigawatts of hydro-electric power every year. Mighty dam also increases the river's shipping capacity, and reduces the potential for floods.

City:	Shanghai
Activity:	Visit Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai Museum, the Bund and Nanjing Road.
Attractions:	Yuyuan Garden A charm and quiet garden located in the city heart of Shanghai separated travelers from the bustling street; it is a classical Chinese architectural marvel with traditional pavilions, bridges and rocks inside. Shanghai Museum The treasure-house of Chinese culture; it is the home to over 120,000 precious cultural relics, including bronzes, sculptures, ceramics, paintings, coins, ancient furniture... the Bund The icon of Shanghai, with remarkable western-style architectures; Stroll around the area in different period of one day to see taichi playing in the mornings and colorful neon lights at nights. Nanjing Road A bustling pedestrian road, with shopping malls, coffee shops, stores, hotels, and elegant Western and Chinese restaurants; a nice place to feel the vibe of Shanghai.
