The Golden Dragon was built by Sino Hong Kong Golden Dragon Shipping Corporation. It is designed according to the international standards, for the foreign tourists. It contains 86 beds, including two deluxe single rooms and 42 standard cabins with private bathroom.
The lobby and reception desk is on the first deck. The observation tower, dinning hall with ethnic style, beauty room and gymnasium are on the second deck. The European style dance hall, massage center and chess room, along with a Karaoke hall and bar (protected by blue bulletproof glass) at the front, and an open-air observation tower at the back of the same deck.
